I'm Iesha. I support trauma survivors, neurodivergent children, teens, and adults, as well as overwhelmed parents and caregivers, who are feeling burnt out, disconnected from their bodies, or constantly in survival mode. My approach is somatic, trauma-informed and nervous-system-centered, using gentle yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, and neurodiversity-affirming education that prioritizes autonomy, balance, and choice, without the “fixing” or “forcing”. Through our work together, clients learn how to regulate their nervous systems in real life, build trust with their bodies, experience more steadiness and self-compassion, and are less reactive in their daily lives.
